Access boundary

An application is not an account, approval, workspace, membership, payment activation, or permission grant.

Application and access states

Pending review
Application received. No workspace or service authority is active.
Approved, setup incomplete
Approval is recorded, but invitation and activation are still required.
Active gym
Authorized users can sign in to an operational, role-scoped workspace.
Suspended or inactive
Workspace entry is blocked while records and audit history remain.
Rejected
The application did not advance and has no workspace authority.
Withdrawn
The application is closed and has no workspace authority.
